This is an exciting opportunity to help maintain our self-storage facility and ensure the safety of our client’s belongings. You will live on the property and work 1-2 hours per week, assisting with various tasks.

Weekly:

• Walk the property to check for missing locks
• Clean bathroom area and replenish supplies
• Pick up around the property to maintain a clean appearance
• Report maintenance issues and communicate over text messages with the team

Monthly:

• Replace pest control devices as needed
• Chair air filters in both apartment and the climate-controlled area

As Needed:

• Resetting the gate
• Cutting/adding locks to delinquent units
• Take pictures of delinquent units
• Provide assistance with different tasks at the property
• Replace lightbulbs
